ClubSport Steering Wheel RS - Rev lights now working?

Just setup my rig, ClubSport Steering Wheel RS, DD Pro, updated firmware and I'm not seeing the rev lights work in the game.

I ran the test in windows to ensure they are working, but in game I only see a single orange light. Anyone else have this issue? Is there something i need to do in order to enable it.

Tested in both Blue and Purple modes.

    Update: They don't always work in the Fanatec Windows Application, retested it yesterday, and only the orange lights is on. Tested reattaching the wheel, turning it on and off, re-installing drivers, nothing seems to work.
