How long does an order take to process?

hey guys ive been trying to find out how long an order takes to process and ship in Australia? ive ordered a bundle that was and still is available to order but i havent had anything done on my order yet/ and update at all. I ordered on the 21st which was a Friday night so i thought that the next week id get some sort of update but my order is just stuck on order is in process. Ive spoken with some others online and another person in australia ordered on the 24th and got his shipping email the next day with the order being estimated to be delivered on the 1st or 2nd. He ordered the exact same bundle as i did as well and in the same country so im just wondering if there is anyway to get an update without having to call. its way too late at night for me to call and i really just want to get my order sorted or at least get some sort of update.

    if you order is been shipped out, you can look that in directly at UPS page when you connect at there with your correct information
