No confirmation email

I oppened a support ticket and have not received any kind of confirmation. I am just asking if should create another one or wait? Because it is really confusing...

Try again until you receive confirmation. If you have not received a confirmation email it means that the ticket has not been opened.
Make sure you flag the last form, terms and conditions, which is practically invisible.
Tried again today but again no sign of confirmation , not even a popup on the site... Im sure I flagged the T&C. So maybe they now have two requests in their system, if so I appologize.
you not get the confirmation email. if you contacts was all ok they to answer you when they have time.
