us technical support V3 pedals not recognized
Anyone know how to contact someone at fanatec US for troubleshooting my inverted V3 pedals. I did a firmware update and now they are not recognized via USB. Tried different usb ports. I emailed them yesterday and got a blanket we need more info email. I cant have these down for weeks while they get back to me once a day or less!I Tried the 866-292-6226 number, but the technical support says its not available and just goes to voicemail.
