No updates on order
I did an order on the 8th of september which was a pre order that they said would be sent on the 15th of september. To this day the order status is still "The order is in process" i have tried contacting by chat, email and phone but its impossible to reach anyone for information. Atleast give a heads up if an order is delayed, and don't advertise that you will send the item on a specific date if you already know that you won't make that date.
I just wanna know when my package will be sent.
