When I placed my order on sep 26 I received an email saying I should expect a 5 working day delay before receiving my tracking number.
If last Monday/Tuesday were days off/holidays in Germany, today is actually the fifth working day after I placed my order.
So if you ordered on the 28th, there’s still a couple of days to wait…
i placed my order on the sept 20th and still no tracking number but do understand the delays, so just waiting to hear from others that ordered around the same time when they got they tracking number

Ordered 26th, so five working days delay, just as Fanatec said.
Same here. I ordered on Sept. 26th, asked sales support for it after 10 working days with no status change, and only got a meaningless answer yesterday. FAQ tells me that there is actually a delay of about a week for EU delivery. As of today, it's already more than 14 days. Yesterday, the order status changed to 'sent', but still no tracking number or anything else, which means it has not been handed over to UPS yet...frustrating.

I ordered 13th of September and haven’t received a tracking number, neither has it been shipped, or anything from UPS or Fanatec, I’m actually starting to think I’m never getting it, I’m guessing you’re also living in Scandinavia or EU like me? Have a feeling I’ve been scammed 610€ :(((

Package is on it's way, with expected delivery tomorrow (Friday 13th).
I'm located in Norway, so outside EU. But UPS delivers packages directly, and send VAT invoice after delivery, so I expect no further delays or 'returned to sender' problems.
Damn you’re lucky, you ordered long after me and still get your stuff before me and we both live in Norway… what a mess this company is
Guess it depends on what you ordered, I was quick to grab QR2’s while they were in stock.
I ordered the Ready2Race bundle, and from what i see, it is still stuck at the warehouse or at the logistics warehouse … this is my first and only time I’m ordering from this crappy company
I suggest you try their gear for a while before you write them off. I’ve been a customer for a few years now, and Fanatec hardware and software is in a pretty good place now in my opinion.
Lots of options, and quite a bit of third party support now if you want to DIY.
Logistics aren’t their strongest suit though, I’ll agree with that.
Yeah I get that but is it really normal to wait 2 months for my products? It’s now 1 month since I placed the order and still no tracking number or a shipment confirmation, I feel kinda scammed tbh
Yeah, I get you too. It's a long wait, and it is not normal. I see Thomas, the CEO, has been active in a few threads and said that Fanatec aknowledge the problems. Hopefully it gets better soon.
When I've ordered before, items in stock have typically been in my hands around a week after placing the order.
Finally my order arrived. I certainly won't place an order again until I'm sure Fanatec has improved its service.
Seems like orders are being received now. Seen multiple people on reddit, that have received there orders to the uk in the last few days. Seems that orders placed towards the end of September are being delivered within a 2 week period. People who ordered early October have tracking number's and some have even paid the vat bill

Ordered 6th Oct, r2r bundle. Checked ups via my order number and they are expecting 4 parcels. Will keep updating 😉
