Hi, I don't have a PlayStation but I read that one of the most common errors is that you have to press the PlayStation button to attach the steering wheel to the console.
If it's an Intel MacBook it's easy enough to load Windows either in a VM or via Bootcamp. Or you could pick up a cheap Windows 10 laptop on Gumtree. You will need it for software updates on the wheelbase.
Tried windows on MacBook wouldn’t work for me and can’t afford laptop at this time now my dd pro with WRC steering wheel keeps disconnecting and have absolutely no idea how to fix it grrrr I am seriously disappointed in fanatec

Press the Power Button until it is Blue. If that doesn't work try purple. Those are the PS Modes. If it is a GT DD Pro.
If it's a Podium DD1 or DD2 there is a button combination for the modes that's hard to explain.
define "cant get it to work"?
what isnt working? No power? not being seen on a ps5?
A bit more info would help
Yes. And for future reference post the wheel base and wheel. Compatibility can be tied to which base/wheel etc you have.
Got it to work but can’t update drivers as no pc only a MacBook and don’t have access to windows bit of a bummer

I really wouldn’t know how either of those things work lol
