Device not found when plugged into computer

Hey all. I recently purchased a fanatec setup for my xbox series x. I bout the dd1 podium as well as the clubsport v2 for xbox. When i plugged everything into the xbox nothing worked. I figured I needed an update. I downloaded the new driver on my windows computer and when I open the fanatec control panel it says no device found. The dd21 podium is plugged into the computer and is in PC mode. I have tried cycling the equipment as well as all the options it gives me to try and correct the problem. Likewise, I have tried repairing uninstalling and reinstalling the 451 driver. No luck. Any thought on how to correct the issue?
