Why fanatec work like that ?
A lot of clients (me too) are waiting to get their goods shipped like more than a month and who is living outside of EU don’t get the goods because some … at fanatec don’t complete the paperwork for customs and ups turn back the order and to get a money back is a big pain in my …
and all of this is for 100eur delivery
1) why you fanatec first of all don’t respond to any emails from us (100s of customers ) ?
2) why you just don’t email all of us with 2 simple options: a) Sorry but you need to wait or
b) money back asap
3) Why you don’t close the orders and lie about shipping, first of all it was until 5 business days, I waited like 14 and nothing.
Hope it will help some guys and they will chose moza or simagic instead of this guys which work like a scam.

Yes, although I got the tracking no. delivery status, but finally cannot delivery due to fanatec not paid for the custom. The driver cannot collect the funds and not deliver and they haven’t complete the balance
You are paying the taxes because when you buy on the fanatec site you pay without any taxes because you are outside of EU.
Fanatec aren't responsible for paying the import fees, it's on you to make sure you pay those so that you can receive your parcel. I am in the UK, paid my import fees yesterday as soon as the option became available and I am now waiting for further updates.
Before I order from them and no need to pay any import fee
How long ago? Where are you based? Size of order might make a difference etc
Q: I want to send a parcel overseas. Who pays customs and duty charges?
A: A shipper is usually the one who pays shipping costs while a receiver pays duties and taxes. All parcels sent through this website will not have the duties and taxes prepaid. This means that the receiver of the parcel is liable to pay any applicable Duty or Taxes associated with it. Note that there are differences whether you send a parcel to a customer in a member state of the EU or outside of the EU.
Outside of the EU: If the value of your goods stays below the thresholds of the destination country De minimis, your customer will not have to pay customs charges. This is important to check and also to inform your customer that there won’t be any customs fees. De minimis refers to a value below which goods can be shipped into a country before duties and taxes apply. For example, currently de minimis to ship duty-free parcels into US is $800
If you are shipping to a customer based in the EU, you need to be aware that from 1 July 2021, there are significant changes to the European Union’s Value Added Tax rules applying to the shipment of goods into the EU. While these reforms primarily target B2C e-commerce imports, impacting both businesses and online shoppers, they may also impact B2B imports.
Whether and how the new EU VAT reform impacts your business depends on the value of the goods you sell, whether you sell to businesses or consumers and whether you use online marketplaces. You can refer to our EU VAT Reform Guide for detailed information.
