I understood that there are currently some issue with the new logistic partner but Fanatec, one of the Company with the highest shipping rate, should at least refund the shipping cost as compensation for who order and did not received the good.
All of us we should at list ask for that....

Prove us wrong Fanatec! In some way, PLEASE! Good customer reviews will ALWAY beat out sponsorships..

Sadly, this doesn't seem to be the case. Fanatec invest heavily in advertising (the sponsorships you mention) and it seems to be working. Despite the poor reviews and the horror stories of poor service, often zero service, people are still lining up on the hype train to subject themselves to Fanatec's incompetence.
Fanatec's AGM is next week - will be interesting to see how that plays out. Their last meetings with investors have been horror shows!
