EU Orders
I ordered on the 30th of august bu it seems like their problems are endless for the orders placed around this date so i decided to cancel my order and ask for a refund. Fanatec accepted to refund me cause i said in my email that i will place a new order right after i get my money.
So I placed a new one yesterday with the same products and it's now on "completely shipped" status. So i just want to know if there's someone in france or near this country that has ordered recently and can tell how the shipping time is.

Well, I don’t know if I have good news for you. I placed my order on 1 October : CSL DD with boost kit, QR 2 bundle.
On 5 October received a tracking number and the label was created. No more updates since then.
Order outside of EU. Currently I don’t know what to do, I think I will wait another week, but after that I will refund it through PayPal.
Thanks for replying ! at this point I think you will receive your order, i'm waiting for 7 weeks now and am pretty upset too. that's why I asked this question cause I know today orders in EU are pretty fast.

Bună, comandasem pe 28sept și pana acum nimic.
doar pe data de 5 oct am primit tracking number și acolo e doar “label created”.
deja ma gândesc sa contactez banca și sa încep procesul de rambursare care tot o sa ia mult timp din păcate (((

de asemena nu plătiți taxele pana când nu se mișca inspre Moldova ca mulți plătesc iar după coletul se întoarce înapoi la fanatec din cauza ca ei nu completează declarațiile pentru vama

I am in a similar situation, Shipment to Spain, so no documentation issue. Order placed on the 01.10, label created on the 5th. But UPS still don't have the parcel!
