Hi,
I raised a support ticket about my shifter and have no idea if it went through or not. In the absence of anywhere on your site to view open support tickets, please could someone check for me and let me know it is there?

As an update to said ticket, I only need the spring and 3 replacement bolts now. I have sourced cables etc. TY
