Hello, I know there are a lot of problems at the moment. But i would like to share my experience.
i placed 2 orders on 14.10.2023
first one arrived yesterday 19.10.2023
second arrived today 20.10.2023
5 working days that ist totally fine for me
I didnt get any trackingnumbers but a forum post helped me out.

Ordered on Oct 18, tracked by ordernumber and see 4 packages to be delivered next monday.
