Hey everyone, I believe I may be wrong about my shipping time
I tracked my order using my order number , I inputted that number into "track by reference number" and it shows the package is moving and scheduled delivery is MoNDAY!
I never received a tracking number or email..but it is on its way...
try looking it up that way..my order wa recent so I don't know if the people who have been waiting a long time will have any luck

Wich number did you use ?
They're referring to your fanatec order number.input that to the UPS tracking page using 'Track by reference number'
Chandler - did you search with your postcode and country or just the order number?
Me too, delivery scheduled for Tuesday 24 for France, 4 packages planned which corresponds.
I entered the country and postal code.
I have not received the UPS email and no tracking on my fanatec account at the moment.
Order made on October 12.
I don't have anything when I put my order number from Fanatec to the track search of UPS...
BUT if I make a research by reference... If I put Belgium as destination... I have 4 packages supposed to arrive this Monday 🤩
I'm not sure they are my packages but hope is allowed !

just use your fanatec order number and then on the ups tracking use "Track by Reference Number"
then enter the reference number , country and zip code

I've entered the order number in the reference box, chose United Kingdom and entered postcode with and without space as well, but it keeps saying Shipment Reference is required.
Placed the order on the 12th, and of course no updates from fanatec.
Maybe it hasn't been dispatched yet?
My order was placed on the 28th of last month and still nothing... this is a shambles of a company and among the worst customer service ever..
Same here probably not dispatched.
