What's the backlog for Customer Support? Been waiting a week now
Long story short: QR2 was shipped and redelivered to Fanatec by UPS, opened up a ticket on the website last Monday, still waiting. So was wondering what the ETA is currently on Customer Support?

Fanatec says it's 2 weeks. Which sounds very optimistic...
I've been waiting 4 weeks, so don't hold your breath..
They've always said 2 weeks but results may vary.
I’ve been waiting 2 weeks since my order got returned and not heard back from them!!!
After trying to liaise with them for the 8 weeks since I placed my order, my last (personal) response from them was Monday 2nd October - which was actually a reply to an email from 2 weeks prior, in case that gives any indication.
The after-sales service has been unresponsive for 1 month, people are still buying......
Been a month for me, and over a year for my product I've not received... BMW M4 GTW QR2 Pro wheel side. I've got no response on this for a month and I'm starting to guess I'm screwed.
Since 27th Sept, I've sent them dozens of emails, heard nothing back.
Over 4 weeks for me...
