Parcel missing by UPS
Dear Fanatec,
As a new user I was unaware from the absolute logistical nightmare that apparently is synonymous with Fanatec
Today however I experienced this first hand. After waiting for my delivery, not receiving any tracking code from UPS, today my race bundle arrived.
However without the qr1 quick release, making my whole setup useless.
Trying to get in contact with costumer support is impossible since everything is closed.
Send me a new QR1 quick release and fix your logistical nightmare!

It has probably been sent separately. It might turn up tomorrow....
Each parcel have a UPS label with numbers. Like "box 2 of 5". Check it out how much boxes in total should be.

me too, my qr1 arrives tomorrow, it's a UPS error, you can now check the tracking of all your packages with a number on the label of a package already received.
