Check your tracking numbers, my parcel has finally been reshipped so yours might also be reshipped!
Right before I decided to click on the live support button on Fanatec's website I decided to just check the tracking number again, just in case they've used the same tracking details. To my surprise the tracking pack now said "delivery date 27th October" and it asked for a customs payment! Now it would have been nice if UPS emailed me about this or I wouldn't have known, but just goes to show to keep an eye on that tracking number even after it was delivered back to Fanatec!

Yup thx for the info. According to UPS they have my Parcel and its on its way to me
I will say that UPS's website it odd, because before I paid the fees it gave me a delivery date, once I paid the fees it said the parcel was delivered today at the time I paid the fees, but when you check the full shipment it still says the correct estimated delivery date
I just wish Fanatec or UPS would have sent out emails updating about shipments
at least you have a tracking number. My order went straight to " completely shipped" status when I ordered and no tracking number was ever assigned.
When is your order returned back to Fanatec? Usually when UPS is sending back they create new return tracking numbers. You checked original tracking numbers for your order?
You looking at your order on a desktop PC cos it wont show a tracking number using a mobile phone.
This may not be true for everyone.
i dunno of it’s dependant of your phone type, but if I check the order on mobile, all I need to do to see the tracking ref if turn my phone on it’s side so the screen goes to landscape mode and there appears the tracking number 👍🏻
Well that is some good info to know as i think most ppl belive you cant find on your phones. Just tried it and yes correct it shows
It depends on the browser app. I'm on Android, and on Firefox it doesn't show no matter what, but on Chrome it does if I tilt my phone into Landscape
Im on Apple and there browser also shows the number if you tilt the phone
This is correct, it looks like they're using the same tracking number as before
And when is your order returned? How long have you waited for te-shipping?
interesting... I am on PC though. It also doesn't show the serial number of the item, it has in the past when they ship. I just think they really couldn't care less, which is why so many people are moving to other brands.
