Rally Module Order Question?
I know everyone is all over the place with concerns of orders and customer service, and I have had my own rocky roads with Fanatec. But I'm just looking for an answer to this question:
Yesterday I ordered the separate Podium Button Rally Module and it said it was Available at the time i ordered it. So did I order and available Rally Module? Or should did they not have the site updated at the time I ordered?
Nov 20 won't kill me, but I'd just like to manage my excitement. I've been waiting for that module to release for a while now. Available items usually get to me within a week so... I just want to track my order as best as i can.

I’m wondering the same, I ordered 2 when they said in stock, but it’s not marked as shipped which would normally happen the day after.
I hope they were in stock.
I usually have to watch the Order page, and often get updates from Fedex before that page updates.
Their blog says "now available" so I presume when you ordered you got the first batch and now it's on back order. Who knows when you will get it anyway with all their issues, depending where you are located.
I’m in the US and when I ordered it said “in stock” but the order is still sitting “ in processing” . usually when I place an in stock order it goes out in a day or two.
I just got an email from Fanatec that it's shipped. 7 days from order. Which is longer than usual, but considering what's been going on I think it's ok. Usually I just have to wait for FedEx to send an email that they have it from there.
Either way. At least we know if you ordered when available it was.

I am in the same situation as you. I ordered it on October 31 at 12:14 p.m. French time, it was available. The same evening, it went up for pre-order on November 20. Since then I have looked every day but it has not moved from “The order is in process”. I haven't given up hope of having it before November 20th but it's painful :/
Well good luck! I had actually just given up and was waiting on Sales Support to clarify, and the email came in. I haven't gotten a FedEx update yet (US order) but I expect that by tomorrow. At least. That's how it usually works.
