Fanatec Podium Racing Wheel F1 PS4/5 on PC?

Hello, I have a Fanatec Podium Racing Wheel F1 for my PS4/5 and I would also like to be able to use it on PC at the same time.
 Can I also drive it on the PC or do I have to change something on the base or wheel or buy other hardware?

Nope, just put it in PC mode or PC Comp mode depending on the game.

See the manual of the wheel which 2 buttons to use to change mode.
