My order didn't appear on "Orders" page

5.11.2023 i odered steering whhel with base and pedals and arleady paid for all but i didn't recive any information about it on email. When i go to my account to "orders" page all i see is: "You have not recently ordered." . Now i don't have money nor information about order and i can't even cancel the order to take back my money. Does anyone have this problem before?

I've seen other people report this. Contact your payment provider to dispute the payment.
yes, i contact them, if in a week i dont get response i talk to paypal
