CSL Elite Wheel Base V1.1 issues

I have not used my CSL Elite Wheel Base V1.1 wheel base in a few months. I have come back to use it and it won't connect to my PC, the power bank is showing that it has power and I have used multiple USB ports which I know all work. However, the wheel base has no signs of power (no lights come on) and wont connect to my PC (shown when I check in setting on my PC or no noise when plugging new USB in).

Any help, ideas or suggestions on what I can do to resolve this would be greatly apricated.

    maybe just maybe some electrolytic capacitor is dead as you say it worked before?

    unfortunately they to have some lifetime limit.
