dd2 purchase question

Hello, good morning, this morning I canceled my cs dd to get the dd2 that is on sale. I bought it through Paypal. I made the payment but it doesn't appear on the fanatec page.

Does anyone know why that is?

if you can't see your order you to many need contact them maybe thro paypal
