Ready2Race bundle... mising a package

How crazy is buying a bundle and receive 4 packages separately and one is missing.

The CSL DD 8Nm never arrived and no tracking number of that item. But already paid.

Been already near a month with very weak communication. Feel trapped on this.

How comes that I buy many things from different parts of the world and never get any issue. Getting some stuff from Germany -> Spain and facing this. Can't believe how un-professional are this guys.

The DD never arrived and despite I sent them proof that never has been sent (pictures of the boxes with the ID of UPS), they never agree that they never sent it. :/
