Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?
Hello, I'm from japan。my CSDD was the earliest to be reserved (I placed the order as soon as reservations opened). However, my friend, who reserved later than I did, has already received shipping confirmation. Why hasn't my order been shipped yet? My order number is Nummer: 1765932. Please confirm and expedite the shipment.

My CSDD order was placed on October 13, 2023, at 16:11 (Number: 1765932). I ordered almost immediately when the pre-order started. My friend placed an order two hours later, and his order has already been shipped, but mine hasn't. We're both from Japan. Isn't your company supposed to ship in the order of when the orders were placed? (Both my friend and I only pre-ordered CSDD). Please provide a reasonable explanation or expedite my shipment!
