I bought a Formula V2.5X steering wheel on Friday the 24th. I paid with Paypal and they deducted the money from my bank account. I received the email that it was paid and charged and the order does not appear on the fanatec website. I have tried to talk to you by email / Twitter. But I don't have an answer.
I don't know what to do.

this is some sort webshop error and been happen allot , you need contact them from paypal self
Paypal tells me to settle it with the seller amicably. But the problem is that the seller does not respond. On Twitter they have even left me unseen. Just give me information and we will inform you by email. And by email they tell you that they will contact you but that they have a workload of at least 2 weeks.

I wrote by mail and today they issued me a refund.
But now I will have to place a new order but the price is higher than friday!!

Is the solution they give you a refund instead of fixing it and sending you the product?

i mean contact fanatec inside paypal, but fanatec does have also build up the shop support for they webpage aswell
yeah this is what i did, paypal give me a email something like paypal.fantatec@ but no answers yet, i wait 1 week or i protest to paypal

Without answering anything or being able to contact me, they returned my money. They haven't even asked me if I preferred the steering wheel I had bought. Shit on customer service.
