Order Not Showing
I made an order on Black Friday in which I screenshot the order number. Money was withdrawal from my checkings account however in my order history it says no order. If no order why did Fanatec deduct money from my account and why was an order number assigned yet not showing?
If no order I want a refund. If order was placed I need an update.

Best to contact customer support, don't hold your breath for a quick reply though. Did you by any chance order the F1 wheel + APM? I'm sure there was an issue with a bigger discount applied than there should have been and orders have been cancelled because of it.
