ClubSport Universal Hub V2 for Xbox - Not Working

I have a new ClubSport Universal Hub V2 for Xbox that I'm attaching to my GT DD Pro wheel base. The hub is detected in Fanatec's Control Panel, and I updated to the latest firmware (Package 454) earlier today (9-Dec-2023).
When I turn on the wheel base, the wheel spins once as I would expect, but then the LED on the hub says 1.1.A and then 1.0.3, and then three dashes (- - -). Then it turns off, and the hub seems unresponsive. For example, the hub tests such as the "7-Seg Display Test" in Control Panel do not work. The degrees of turn are updated on the screen, but that's probably tied to the wheel base rather than the hub.
I'm new to the Fanatec ecosystem; so, I apologize if this is a newb issue. Any help will be appreciated.

If you press the Different Buttons on the Hub (a, b, X, y.....) is this Input shown in the Firmware Manager?
Is the Base in the right Mode (if connected to PC = red Status led, if connected to Xbox = green Status led)?
