Should the following setup be compatible or have I screwed something up?

    Yes, you screwed something up.

    QR1 is not compatible with CS DD atm as the needed QR1 Type-F Adapter for the base is not available yet.

    The QR1 Wheel Side dont fit to the CS DD because the CS DD has the QR2 Base Side.

    Yeah I'm looking to order a club sport DD wheel base and a wheel to go with it.. appears that many wheels come with QR1 so I need to order a QR2 wheel side in addition which is rather annoying.. no bundles and no wheels being sold with QR2 at all? Very annoying.

    No, you dont have to!

    If you put a Wheel to your shoping Card you can choose which QR you wanna have included.
