Order Placed on Nov.29th. Over 1k spent.
My order was shipped supposedly over 2 weeks ago…nothing received. £700 spent!
Same time frame, near the same amount of money. Same spammed joke of an email reply when customer service is requested.
Do we look to inqire about fraud through credit card company? It's been a billing cycle. 1 less month of warranty too.
Some of the worst customer service available.
I've stopped recommending this company on account of this poor service.
