Order 1827939, been 12 days stuck at RED BOX "In Progress".
No reply on email, no nothing.
Guess I will wait another 2-3 days and it is time for credit card charge back.
15 business days is generous enough for a wait time on company giving a reply.
Have to cancle Order 1800838 as well, who knows when we will get the DD+.
Ordered $4300 worth of products at this point, what a waste of time.
Ready to turn to other brands at this point.

I am going to complete a full month since i ordered. And i am not one of the people who are waiting longer… the only solution seems to look for a refund.
Fanatec is really allowing their reputation to go into the trash over this logistics nightmare.
are there any new on the DD+ release? I preOrdered and paid the full amount of 999€ at the 20th of october, since than silence. Would be cool when Fanatec would be cool to the peops who stands behind them, I mean who will thrust Fanatec in the situation we got now. I was one of them and I give Fanatec alot of thrust but it wouldnt be nice when Fanatec kick that with their feets :(

My No 1866601 and I ordered on the 5th. 8nm racing bundle and still shows in stock. I noticed between since you ordered and the 5th there was only about four thousand sales.
i did never get a tracking nr from ups after 13 days ups mand ring on my door damn im happy.

I'm 18642XX and ordered the GT7 8nm bundle for delivery in California Dec 3rd. Showed "fully shipped" Dec 4th on my order page. Zero tracking or contact so far since then. Nothing showing on the horizon via FedEx either.

I just got conformation my delivery is out for next Wednesday Ordered on Dec 5th said shipped on the 6th. R2R bundle 8nm. I live in Ireland.
Shipping update 3 regarding the USA was encouraging since I'm in California. I just wish I had visited the forum before ordering as I would have happily paid for FedEx Express. 😁

Status changed to "hand over to warehouse", which means nothing since no Serieal code is attached.
Looks like I am waiting till January to get any updates at this point, UPDATES, not SHIPMENT.
Also just saw that DD+ is delayed (suprise suprise)
I will be a patient little boy... for now.
