CSL DD device not found
Got my unit about two months ago, played A LOT of iracing and AC. Played 3 or 4 races last night, come home today and my device is no longer recognized. Unplugged everything, reinstalled the newest drivers, nothing.
The power button lights up red and will not change modes and will not power down. When I unplug it and plug it back in and power on the wheel moves a bit like it typically does when starting, but something is wrong. Fanalab doesn’t see the unit. I’ve emailed for support but I’m afraid my unit is dead.

Try this.
Tried that because we had that issue before, shaft is completely seated.
If you can't resolve this by yourself, the only way is support and Rma process it takes times but no choice unfortunatly.
