I'm beyond frustrated, I totally understand back log but for no reasonable update is unacceptable
Please look into my order status. How are others getting their orders fulfilled before us??? I need an update immediately or I'll be forced to file a dispute claim with my bank.

Have you received your order. I ordered on November 20th and no update and no answer from any communications with them.
