Dirty Business practice by Fanatec aka FanaSCAM

I am 100% convinced that Fanatec is doing dirty business practices.

Zero transparency.

Big lies about items in stock.

Zero Customer service.

Taking customers money and holding it for months. (This could be millions of dollars that can can be invested somewhere to get more profits)

No word or apology from CEO

list can go on and on

  • Agree, they charge your card as soon as the order is received and you never get the product or have a way to find out. Pure business practice of a scam.

  • Whilst I do agree there needs to be more transparency your comments are pretty liable.

    Suggesting the company is taking people's money to invest and profit without supplying the goods could easily see you in court........

    Yes their practice over the last few months has been absolutely disgusting with what seems like no regret or care given by the bosses towards the customers who have paid them hundreds of thousands of euros and they can't even be bothered to be seen to make any improvement at all.

  • They are for sure scamming us !

    Saying something is in stock and then having nothing beeing ship out for weeks and charging first day is a really bad way of doing business.

  • The only way you get a fast response from them is claiming your money through paypal.
