To all waiting for your orders, I deeply thing you should ask for a refund and initiate the chargeback process with your credit company.
We cannot let shady business practice like what Fanatec is currently doing go without punishment.
Ordering goods marked as "IN STOCK 4 to 7 days shipping", being charged after one day of order beeing falsely "completely ship" and then having nothing being ship for weeks is not legit.
Enough is enough, first time and last time customer of Fanatec goods ! Futhermore, I will let anyone to not order from this company.

Ordered on November 27, 2023 Mclarens 8nm Elite Bundle, marked as "IN STOCK SHIP IN 4 to 7 day"
"Completely Shipped" on November 28, 2023, invoice sent and credit cart charged
December 12, 2023 receive 4/5 tracking number with USPS mention "Shipping label created"
December 15, 2023 sent email to have more information on order.
December 18, 2023 received email from Fanatec saying to look at USPS website...
December 18, 2023 email sent for refund and chargeback process initiated with credit card company.
Credit card company will refund on January 5, 2024 if Fanatec doesnt.
Sad thing in that story is that, we probably all lost a good opportunity to buy goods from legit vendor at a good price and enjoy simracing during Christmas time.
Sincerely, a deeply unsatisfied, angry and mad last time customer.
