Waiting my GT DD Pro and There is no updates

I ordered my GT DD Pro at 12/05. Fanatec send it at 12/13 via UPS. I am waiting my package over 8 days. There is no update since 12/15 which is package left Nurnberg UPS Warehouse. I try to contact with UPS but they said that I have to contact with sender. By the way I m in Bulgaria (EU). Does anyone have experience like that cause 8 days is very long time for delivery inside EU.

    Think you’ve been scammed mate. Need to get in contact with your bank. There are people who have ordered in august with nothing delivered

    This makes no sense. If the package was on the way. Ups is responsable to find out where it is. But the best is you send fanatec a email so they can start the investigation.
