Import tax cost 3x the actual cost. How can i send it back.
URGENT
After a long wait my BF order arrive to customs. I am from Turkey and these are regarded as gaming consoles and extreme taxes are applied. It seems like they raised the amount a lot since i last order from fanatec. I paid around 400 EU but customs asking 1200 EU for tax and expenses. I also have to pay handling fee to customs handlers. I do not have such money.
How can i send them back and ask for refund. I can not recieve any replies from Fanatec for weeks.
