Sending packages with the wrong address, without tracking number and without any contact. You should be ashamed. We pay so much for the product and then we receive a misery. It's frustrating, very frustrating. I bought a gift for my son for Christmas. We bought it a month and a half in advance. It turns out, in the end after so much time, the package arrived, but it cannot be delivered because Fanatec put an erroneous address and without AWB nothing can be done and since Fanatec does not send the AWB to anyone, we do not eat it with potatoes.
