I've Had Enough of Your Shit!
After 36 days since i placed my order, 2 emails, messages on forum and fb, and no info whatsoever i decided to cancel my order an i will buy the logitech. I really don't know how to describe this horrible experience with fanatec but i hope they will go out of bossiness for how they treat their customers.
Anyone knows how soon i will get my money back? I payed with a visa card.

will take up to one week to get the money back. wouldnt go for logitech, too small ecosystem. look at moza, simagic, simucube or asetek.
fanatec is great when it works, but when it starts being problematic it is a big pain in the ass... people bricking their bases with the software and firmware left and right, long waiting time and so on.
I need something that works with PS5 so thats why io will go for logitech.
I miss Logitech support lol. I just wish they had added to that ecosystem by now, so we knew they have a plan.
That said, I just stepped out of the Fanatec Ecosystem and got some Simagic P100i RS pedals to replace my V3's and I love them. I ordered them from Simshop.com while they were in stock and actually got them early. But I've read the Discord support channel and a lot of people who ordered them direct from Simagic have had a lot of similar issues to us waiting on Fanatec :(
Today is supposed to be DD+ Delivery day so we'll seed how that goes.

It should actually be Shipping Date for pre-orders.
Logitech need to buy Fanatec. Their support is excellent and their logistical capabilities combined with Fanatec's products would be heaven.

Did you cancel directly from the website.
Order was sent so i had to contact them, they told me to refuse accepting package and also told me „when we receive order we will refund”, they received order at 23.11.
