'System Error' with 10% off voucher fixed.
So apparently Fanatec support don't read the forums. I filed a support ticket for the coupon I received on 12/17 as a consolation for having my entire Black Friday order cancelled. Within 24 hours I got a response and the coupon was fixed and worked for a $2K purchase I just put through.

Fixed after dd+ sold out……
Yes, not real happy about that as I was planning to order the DD+ and just waiting for the coupon to be fixed. The coupon is a one time use voucher as well, so you only get to place one order with it. Not implying anything nefarious of course, that would require some logistical planning on their part, something that seems unlikely given the general state of chaos that is their ordering and shipping division.
I think the 25% voucher will be sent out when the CS DD also sold out
