It appears that the warehouse is catching up
My November 21st order shipped yesterday. I knew when I ordered that one item would not be in stock till the 5th of December. That date got pushed to the 18th. On the 19th it was sent to the warehouse for shipping. It shipped yesterday the 28th. All three of my orders spent 10 days at the warehouse waiting to be picked and shipped. Fanatec needs to look for another warehouse if it takes 10 days for them to pull your stuff and send it. Most shippers combine boxes. These people just label and send it. All the boxes have FANATEC all over them with the item listed on the outside of the box. My three orders were shipped in 11 boxes. Too easy for one to get lost or stolen. The warehouse could have shipped them in 3 boxes with no identifiable markings on the outside. I know they require a signature, but that just makes their total lack of communication feel worse. If you miss the msg from FedEx or UPS or do not have an account with them you will have no idea when your stuff ships and could miss your delivery.
People seem to be getting their orders a bit quicker now. The Black Friday deals are finally being shipped.
If you have not paid attention to the news container ships are targeted and some shipping companies stopped until the situation could be fixed. Or armed escorts could be in place to ensure safe passage.
Just remember the next time you get pissed about a shipping delay. Young men and women are risking their lives so we can sit on our asses and play video games and racing sims.

I can only sit on my ass because I had the foresight to work a 50+ hour week! Please don't make people feel bad for expecting what they spent there hard earned money on! That's not to say we don't feel for the people in harms way, it's a terrible thing! I can't speak for everyone but most of us just wanted transparency, and if fanatec would actually tell customers what's going on, I believe a lot of the frustrations would have been avoided.
If I am hired as CEO, I will build a second, bigger Suez canal, "Suez otra vez", so Fanatec takes less than 42 days to process refunds, answer a single email, or deliver a package intracontinentally.
Everything on my November 23rd order was in stock and still all in stock as of a week ago and mine is still in the “handover to warehouse” status, all I get is the standard “ oh we are so busy” emails and no real reason as to why the order has not shipped. Asked for the order to be refunded three times and no replies so yesterday I filed a claim with PayPal for a chargeback.
I ordered mines on the 25th and still nothing so had to do the same today, had to file for a chargeback as i was told in another e mail i received that it would be the end of January or the middle of March before i might receive my order despite when i ordered the item it said in stock...
I just checked all the items in my order and they all still show as in stock and ready to ship. Why it takes 5 weeks to get an all in stock order out the door is unbelievable. Being swamped with Black Friday orders only works for a while. 5 weeks later and you are still not caught up, yet I see on this very forum people ordered the week before Christmas and receive their products. These were all Christmas presents for my nephew so they are no use to me now. Process my refund and I will move on.

CSL DD with Mclaren wheel and pedals, load cell brake upgrade, WRC rally wheel, QR2 type C base, and 2 QR2 wheel side adapters. The only reason I went ahead and purchased the QR2 is the wheel base adapter was $19.99 and going forward everything will have the QR2 available.
I placed my order on the 6th of January and it's still showing "Handover to warehouse". I regret so much having ordered it now. I'll never again buy products from this company. Never again.
I ordered the CSL Elite V2 pedals, but will now buy the Simagic's P1000 instead and refuse the delivery from Fanatec.
It's unacceptable the way they're treating customers. Disgraceful.
