Firmware File not found McLaren GT3 V2

Brand new McLaren Gt3 V2 on Clubsport DD seems bricked. Everything seemed fine at first, display came on on wheel, ran firmware updates in fanatec control panel. But now, no display on the wheel and when trying to update, it says I am on version 0 but when i try manually update it, it says firmware file not found. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling all fanatec files and resetting the USB devices in the PC's control panel but still the same problem, it says update available but when trying to install it there is an error saying no firmware found. I have attached screenshots of the image. I have raised a help tickets with fanatec but I have had no response. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Can you manually flash the eff file back onto the wheel, if so where do you find the file, Version 47?
Hello.
I am in the same situation.
When I tried to update the steering wheel, it got stuck during the process. I had to turn the base off and on again to get it to respond at all.
Since then, the firmware version of the steering wheel indicates that it is at version 0. It won't let me update the firmware because it tells me that it can't find the file.
Searching the forums, I saw that they posted the firmware for this steering wheel, but when I put it manually, it tells me that it needs an .eff file that I do not have.
I have sent a note to the technical support but they have not answered me yet. I opened the note on January 3, 2025.
Do you know any way to solve this problem?
Thanks
