CSL DD Shaft Pin Connector spins

Whenever i put the universal Hub in the hub can spin and move but the actual shaft will will stay in place and will not detect in the software.

i dont understand whats going on is my wheel base broken?

Do you have a QR Adapter installed on the Hub? Your picture is throwing me off. We need more details

i did yes but when its attached it doesnt power the hub nothing it worked find when i orignally bought the
