News on my order Nr.1877974
Good evening everybody, I've placed my order Nr. 1877974 (for a GT DD PRO pack + 8 nm boost) on 18th December 2023 and as of today the status of the same results still "handover to warehouse" despite the fact that the product was indicated as "available" at the moment of the purchasing... I've sent several mails to Fanatec support, sales etc. receiving no response at all... I'm very concerned... please somebody of the Fanatec support guys should give me some feedback... at least a confirmation that although with a strong delay at some point in time the order will be processed and finally shipped... thanks in advance!

Good luck in getting support from Fanatec. Handover to warehouse only means they have it in stock and ready to ship. With Fanatec, the time it actually ship can be very long. Next step, you will get a shipping confirmation. Then, even after that, it can take several days for the items to actually get to the carrier. Once its in the carrier hands, you can follow your packages. BTW, you will be shipped different packages for every single item in your order (even if you purchased a bundle). As for getting info from Fanatec, forget about it.....either you wait and trust it will eventually get to you (1 to 2 month dely is not abnormal with Fanatec) or ask Paypal or your CC company to reimburse you.

It's not fun waiting for things to happen so I thought I'd post my timescales to give you some hope. I placed my order on the 13th December, the order changed to "Handover to Warehouse" on the 22nd December. Tracking and serial numbers appeared for me today so hopefully you won't be far behind. (edit: forgot to mention shipping to the UK)

If it ends up in the UK I will bring it to Italy if you provide pizza and coffee when I arrive!
I ordered 11/22/23, order was "handed to warehouse" on 12/5/23 and as of today 1/11/24 nothing..no tracking and no communication. cant get a response...
You'll be my guest for sure!! I may provide also several good handmade Pasta dishes!!
Hope that something happens in the forthcoming days... It seems from other topics that they have made inventory (at least in US) at the beginning of January....
Make a UPS account with your adress. I can see they will deliver next monday. Status at fanatec still handed over to warehouse since 8 Januari. Ordered mine dd pro on 30 December.
Finally UPS Tracking Nr. appeared this morning... I've checked with UPS app and its seems that the delivery is expected to occur next Monday 15th January.... I'll keep you posted
