The button to cancel the order disappeared
Hi,
So after waiting for my order for almost 2 months, with 1 whole month having the status stuck on "handover to warehouse" i decided to cancel the order, but the button isn't there anymore. I don't know if it means that the order has been shipped and my status is just bugged or that the button should still be there and the website just doesn't work correctly. What do you think i should do? Wait a bit or try to contact fanatec?
Thanks in advance for any information on the topic, i hope this fanatec catastrophe gets resolved soon.

If its in handover to warehpuse you normally cant cancel anymore u will have to decline or email them
I'm pretty sure as soon as it goes to "handed over to warehouse" the button is gone. You should have gotten an email when it changed status that says something about not being able to cancel now.
If you still want to cancel, just make a ticket and good luck. Otherwise you'll have to contact your payment method.
