Fanatec "cancel or wait" Survey now missing

I cancelled my order using the survey form a week ago but still waiting on the refund and 25% voucher code. Anyone else still waiting? I also noticed that the survey form is now missing i.e., website link not working anymore so it seems that they've taken it down to avoid any further submissions
