DD1 turned off by it self while playing. not working anymore
My DD1 P WB DD1 PS4 US (P_WB_DD1_PS4_US) stopped working after few laps on GT7. it just went off by it self.
when I press the power button on the back, light blinks but nothing else happens, screen on the wheel base is black, doesn't show any info.
when I press the power button for 10 seconds, the steering wheel rotates a bit, but nothing else.
I tried the boot loader method, with a PC connected whit Fanatec driver open, but nothing happens.
I purchased this unit 14 months ago. (Nov 2022).
I only use it with my PS5 console.
any advice?

Did you installed the latest firmware? My base bricked after the latest. If you get this error, Wireless Quick Release, then it will need to be RMA. I’m waiting for a response from support
I had no issue with the 455 driver update, after the update I use it for couple of weeks and it was fine.

did you got any reply from Fanatec for your case?
I received an email today from support asking me to reset usb por on PC and reinstalling the latest package driver.
and if it does not work, share a short video of the issue. (even when I already included a video on the 1st support ticked)
I recorded a video and send it back. let see what happens.
