csl dd not detecting on fanalabs

Hi can anyone help me with fanalabs i have a csl dd so I installed fanalabs everything was fine tried to add euro truck now it won't detect my wheel everytime I open it I tried repairing the drivers and rolling back to fanalabs older versions and nothing worked I also closed fanalabs and left my fanatec control panel open and oh fanatec control panel reads the wheel just fine I have universal hub v2 also it closes on its own
