M4 GT3 wheel did not ship with QR2 or TC button

I just got my BMW M4 GT3 wheel and it did not ship with the QR2 wheel side quick release as advertised. I also noticed it did not include a TC button, I have a second OK button instead. No TC button in the extra button caps either. I already opened a support ticket regarding the QR2 quick release, but just noticed the TC button missing as well. When I submitted the ticket, I never received a confirmation email. Should I submit another ticket regarding the missing TC button, or wait to hear back about the first ticket? No way to update the first ticket as far as I know, so not sure how to proceed. I really want the wheel to match exactly to in game and real life.

OK this post if from last week: https://forum.fanatec.com/discussion/29690/bmw-m4-gt3-qr-version#latest You'll not they did not get QR2 or the QR2 Firmware update cable. I don't know if the QR2 came after.
Also I just wrote a ticket asking to purchase a second set of buttons and they replied that they are trying to get extra buttons in stock, but have not been able to yet.
I know you're going to say yes, but did you check the bag of extra buttons to see if the TC button is in there?
I checked all the extra buttons, but no luck. I replied in the other thread you linked to see if anybody else has the button issue.
Good Luck! I'm watching both threads as i've had the wheel for some time, but im looking for the QR2 Update cable to be released. Be sure to update the wheel on QR1 before you install the QR2.
I don't know if they got your buttons sorted out. Likely they will get you the correct buttons under a ticket, but I did write a ticket asking to purchase a set of buttons for it. Sounds like there's a plan, with no ETA. Here's their second response:

I just received my wheel. It comes with pre-installed QR2 Pro
I still haven't received a response to the support ticket I submitted on Jan 18th.
I still have not received an answer to a question I raised on 2nd January... so I think you will need to wait for late February at least for your answer. The Webshop team still seems to be completely overloaded…
Still no response to my support ticket. Late February now. I'm quickly losing hope. I feel the end is near...
