Voucher / refund scam ?
After being scammed with the BF sales like many others, waiting 2 months without delivery and finally receiving the email from fanatec saying that they won't be able to send the DD1 for MONTHS, I decided to ask for a refund.
They promised me a 25% voucher immediately after cancelling the order. I never received the voucher. What kind of scam is this again?
As their BF system is stupid, I had to make 2 orders. I have now a steering wheel without a wheel base.
By far my worst experience of buying something online.
