Shifting problems with paddles on bmw csl dd steering wheel

Hi, i don’t know if it’s a problem that is known for fanatec but the last 3 days i can’t shift up and down when i’m playing on content manager (assetto corsa) everything is connected well the last updates are all done. I own it like 2-3 weeks now (ordered on 29/12/2023)… It’s more often with upshifting then downshifting
